Everyone has a room from their childhood home in which is ingrained in their memory. For Abby, this room would be the half bath that sat in the middle of the first floor of her childhood home. The room was decorated with pineapples everywhere. There was pineapple wallpaper, towels, a soap dispenser, and many more themed items.  A bathroom may seem like a strange room to be engraved in one’s memory but to her this room was special. She was extremely afraid of storms so this room provided her safety during her most terrifying moments. Warm Welcomes is very much inspired by this room that made Abby feel protected from treacherous storms.
